 Preparation and review of licensor selection criteria, technical compliance review of licensors’ offers and assessment of technical risk, and licensors’ experience and capability, Licensor selection based on the technical evaluation and qualitative criteria ranking
 Review of HMB, PFD, P&ID, Cause & Effect Diagrams, Equipment Layout, Datasheets.
 Review & finalization of various engineering agreements viz., Engineering Agreement, Catalyst Supply Agreement, Guarantee Agreement etc.
 Coordination with Detailed Engineering (EPCM) Contractor / LSTK Contractor for review and finalization of documents prepared like Equipment Layouts, Equipment MRs, Detailed Operating Manual, HAZOP, 3D model review etc.
 Distinctive experience of carrying out in-house low cost revamp project from conceptualization to commissioning stage
 Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) studiesfor Environmental Clearance from Ministry
 Liaison skills and experience of coordinating with statutory authorities for various clearances and approvals
 Good verbal & written communication skills, mechanical aptitude, problem solving skills and ability to work well independently as well in a team environment
