• Initiate and structure the performance improvement aspects for employees
• Handling training / coaching sessions for the individuals / line managers / reviewers for the effectiveness and fairness in the Performance Evaluations
Recognition Programs:
• Development of new Recognition Opportunities for employees
• Handling effective implementation and rollout of the Recognition Modules
