* Responsible for managing end-to-end procurement process
* Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers
* Assisting Tendering department by providing quotation for required products and services
* Verifying the Material Requirements by preparing Average movement analysis and monitor timely delivery as per the sales forecast report submitted by the division
* Responsible for sourcing materials from international market and coordinate with forwarder to ensure timely delivery to meet project requirement
* Applying EPC and Product approval from ministry for importing DG materials
*Maintain professional relationships with all key suppliers
• Preparation and analysis of financial statement reports (Profits & Loss Account, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statement and Statement of Shareholders Equity).
• Delivering the final reporting document to client under specified time frame keeping quality standards intact.
• Tracking the quality issues and rectifying those in case of quality issues.
• Handling queries of the clients on a regular basis, if any.
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Works on US GAAP and IFRS taxonomy
