Identifies the Project requirements and constraints

Fabrication of Gas metering skid for Well hook up and water metering skid for utility services.
Monitoring Pigging, gauging and hydro testing of flow lines.
Assisting rig movement and well head drilling work.
Carry out plant shut down to do service line tie-in job.
Preacasting of heavy civil supports like sleepers, T-supports and H-rack for pipelines.

Prepares the General and Executive Construction Plans, defining the construction procedures, logistics, scheduling of activities, tools and methods of monitoring and control.
Supervision for all piping activities over a utility pipe rack including piping and spool erection, spool fabrication and welding of various schedules and material codes of CS, LTCS, AS, SS and PVC systems.
Responsible for installation, testing of Utility services like Drinking Water line, Instrument air, Nitrogen, Fire water etc. to plant, substation and other residential complexes.
Verifying correct installation and alignment of pipe supports, valves, Water meters and instruments which involves solving technical queries if required.
Have got reasonable experience in GRVE piping work including lamination joints.
Extensive knowledge of piping design basis, technical specifications and engineering design documents such as plot plans, P&ID’s, PFD layouts, general arrangements, isometrics, standard drawings and data sheets
Preparation of piping Specifications as per process data
Planned several lifting and rigging plans for heavy lifting expansion loops.
Controlling material, man-hours and resources related to construction activities.
Supervision for underground piping installation of firewater, potable and drainage systems.
Flushing, hydro-testing and commissioning of the piping systems.
Takes part to the Constructability meetings, ensuring the Constructability is thoroughly applied and implemented at all phases of the Project.

Utilizing Navis works Jet Stream and PDMS computerized programs for spool tracking and preparation of the monthly forecast
Maintaining a no LTI safety record in compliance with client HSE regulations by conducting a daily tool box talk and frequent safety trainings. Takes part in the preparation, for his field of expertise, of the HSE Plan
Introduced to underground GRP pipe installation and lamination for Utility water services.
Generated a demolition study and lifting plans for old piping networks
Scopes included follow up of prefabrication Assembly as well as mechanical installation and completion.
