Responsibilities:-
Thorough study of Scope of Works, specifications & BOQ.
To submit the Prequalification Document as per project requirements and get the approvals.
Assisting in preparing Estimation & Quotations, Bids and Technical Submittals for the project for Negotiations.
Obtain Quotations from suppliers according to project requirements with cost & time effectiveness.
Closely monitor and attend Project meetings until Purchase order is issued.
Receive necessary formats, base line programs and priorities for the Project initiation from client.
To prepare Project schedule/plan as per the client base line program.
To coordinate with Design/Drafting team for Shop drawing submissions.
Preparation of Material submittal Forms with necessary back up sheets as per project specifications and design.
Compliance with the standards as per project specification for Test Standards & Grades.
To coordinate with Project Manager for the scope of works, submissions and project schedule & Material Delivery.
To attend site meetings along with Project Manager & Design Coordinator for approvals of Shop Drawings, Material samples and progress of works.
To instruct drafting department to issue materials request to Store/Purchase Department.
To coordinate with procurement department with Raw material purchase as per specifications.
Involved in Subcontract/supplier analysis & subletting jobs according to project requirements with cost & time effectiveness.
To minute the fabrication status and delivery program for projects at factory.
To notify the Project Manager about Delivery programs from factory.
Logistic planning and arrangements for the material delivery.
To ensure with quality department for sending the necessary data sheets & Coating certificates with delivery.
Assisting Project Manager for necessary drawings and approvals for installation of materials.
Obtain Inspection Reports and work completion report from Project Manager.
Prepare Billing Annexure for the monthly work progress including supply & installation.
Closely coordinate with Project Manager for obtaining Payment Certificates for the works completed.
Inform Estimations/sales Department for the variation works at site.
