Business Development Manager
I handle the team of sales executives and strategic partners to meet periodical sales targets. Develop new clientele and re-sellers to increase the overall profitability and revenue share. Also, develop marketing / CRM related solutions over mobile marketing platform pertaining to Text / Voice / Internet.

Personal Exposure:
• Manage business development opportunities for mobile marketing business and telecom VAS to expand the business footprint and volume.
• Act as a sales engagement adviser to the teams in India / UAE / MENA region to develop compelling business solutions.
• Responsible for analysis of market trends and to identify potential threats, areas of opportunity, competitor's strategy to decide the next logical move(s) in business expansion.
• Provide professional business solution according to survey and analysis result in local market to the Customer's Marketing Dept. / IT Dept. to discuss on strategic level to influence their business requirement / strategy/ RFP and decision making / SLA’s to increase mobishastra's winning ratio.
• Communicate with service end-user, manage the interface between the service and end-user, comb necessary information coming from end-user, and provide constructive suggestion to improve the user experience.
• Lead the virtual team to formulate sales argumentation, customer key issues analysis, SWOT and report the situation to management for decision making.
• Assist the Head of Sales Support to sharpen the Mobile marketing and telecom VAS Hosting solutions / offerings and the sales management process.
