❑ Recruitment, Induction & Exit:
• Sourcing complete recruitment cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources.
• Handle personal files and Appointment letters
• Conduct exit interviews and oversee separation actions
❑ Statutory Compliance & Court Cases:
• Assist the HRM in matters related to Factories Act, Contract Labour Act and Other Labour Compliances
• Management of ESI, EPF and other social security activities
• Custodian of all files related to Court Cases
• Assisting HRM for drafting and conducting the cases in Court
❑ Employee Welfare:
• Undertake employee Engagement Activities
• Identifying and designing training and development needs within the organization
• Ensure all employees are provided with safety attires
• Conducting Performance Appraisal for the employees
❑ Office Administration:
• In charge of Transport administration
• In charge of Office stationary administration
• Looking after all rental accommodation of the company
• Insurance and renewal administration
Carry out monthly Statutory Compliance Audit for the company as well as their contractors.
Submission and filing of Returns within the timeframe.
Maintaining the Registers and Records according to the Labour Laws in the prescribed format.
Assist contractors for demobilization of workers from site.
Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines.
Daily review the work of the 10-12 contractors to identify compliance issues and provide advice for the same.
Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies.
Draft, revise or restructure the payroll structure of companies according to their requirements.
Conduct regular Statutory Audits for clients to identify potential violations or omissions and advise management through detailed reports.
Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violations
Educate and train HR managers of our clients regarding the latest labour law amendments and practices.
Address clients concerns and provide solutions for the same.
Remain UpToDate with the latest Labour law amendments and procedures
Carry out preparatory inspection of audit of the clients and submit reports to Senior Management.
New Client development - Prepare strategies for improving the business.
To study the prevailing labour laws and update the same whenever any amendments are made by the Government or regulatory agencies.
Day-to-day administration of the staff working in the organization and assist Senior Management in staffing and manpower mapping in relation with client and audit requirements.
To assist Programme Director in soft skill and various other training according to market needs.
Client coordination and batch planning in relation with new courses in offer.
Counselling of the students for appropriate courses of the company.
To prepare a Training & Development programme and submit it to the Senior Management
Assist Program Manager in course canvassing at various colleges/organisations.
Manage the library and collect appropriate books for various courses conducted by the company.
Effectively schedule high end programmes with the consultant in the field of soft skill and other management trainers.
