Developing and implementing recommendations for improvement: Propose solutions to address the identified issues, such as streamlining workflows, automating tasks, or implementing new technologies. Develop a plan for implementing the proposed solutions, which may include training employees, acquiring new software, or making changes to organizational structures. Monitor the results of the changes to ensure they are achieving the desired outcomes and make further adjustments as needed.

Leading role in the analysis, design and the successful implementation of Smart Document System with many process automations. The system is one of the most heavily used across all DEWA users including the Top Management and the service is extended to additional DEWA subsidiaries after the successful implementation in DEWA.
ACHIEVEMENTS HIGHLIGHTS
Smart Document System: Digital solution to create, review, approve, distribute and track Memos & other internal correspondence documents. Some of the system highlights are Improved productivity, standardization of templates, tracking, faster signing approvals & distribution etc. It has major contribution to the paperless initiatives with 700K+ uploads, 20+ million downloads and 4+ million workflow operations for 2019 and the usage is on the increase with many ongoing implementations.
-Functional analysis and solution design for automation requirements related to paperless initiatives.
-Designed the workflow processes used for General Correspondence, Quality Procedure Management, Final Agreement processes.
-Active involvement in the finalization of the 21-workflow process for Transmission Power.
Fleet Track & Trace System: Monitors the fleet of vehicles to improve usage, utilization and reduce cost by having real-time information about DEWA vehicles’ driver, position, speed, idling etc.
-Leading role in the analysis, design and implementation of Fleet Track & Trace System.
-System administration and server maintenance
-Designed reports according to the functional requirement provided by business.
Opentext Documentum: System administration of Enterprise Document Management System.
-3 major upgrades of Documentum from v5.3 to v6.6, v6.6 to v7.1 and v7.1 to v16.4.
-System integration with SAP, SiteCore, GIS, RightFAX & Metastorm eForm
-Process automations for Generation Division, Connection Services in WebTop.
-Successfully completed digitization projects for Finance, Transmission Power and Contracts with 5+ million docs.
