-Functional analysis and solution design for automation requirements related to paperless initiatives.
-Designed the workflow processes used for General Correspondence, Quality Procedure Management, Final Agreement processes.
-Active involvement in the finalization of the 21-workflow process for Transmission Power.
Fleet Track & Trace System: Monitors the fleet of vehicles to improve usage, utilization and reduce cost by having real-time information about DEWA vehicles’ driver, position, speed, idling etc.
-Leading role in the analysis, design and implementation of Fleet Track & Trace System.
