The Address Residence Boulevard Dubai is a five star premium hotel and serviced residences, located near Dubai Mall. Featuring 200 hotel rooms and 523 serviced residences, the 72-storey hotel is 370 m high, and will be the second tallest building in Downtown Dubai.
• Provide active Support in Design Low Voltage & Extra Low Voltage Systems as per project specifications.
• Attend periodical meetings with clients, reporting project progress and milestones.
• Provide safety guidelines in construction area to ensure safety in accordance with Construction Work Plans.
• Preparation of technical specification, offer review, recommendation, order specification & vendor drawing of panels- LV power, AC & DC power supply, Cables, Lighting fittings and Distribution boards.
• Preparation of Electrical Design Basis, Single Line diagrams, Control schemes, Cable schedule, and Material take-off & tender.
• Ensuring necessary resource availability on site and coordinating with supervisors and workers accordingly.
• Responsible for preparing plans and evaluating the quality of work by coordinating with the project team.
• Perform the tasks of generating project construction schedule like date and project delivery dates.
• Perform proper management of procurement and delivery of material delivery on project site.
• Prepare documents for Material Submittal, Material Inspections and Work Inspections and Carrying out inspections at Site with the Client and Third Party.
• Testing & Commissioning of Project and carrying out the same for NETA approval.
• Preparation of O& M Manuals
• Ensuring that the design is carried out as per the industry standard practices and in conformance with the quality management system and client standard specifications.
• Co-ordination with Project and client, subcontractors and/or suppliers.
• Providing technical support to supervisor/ workers on technical query issues .
• Coordination with client engineers on engineering issues.
• Identification of issues that impede project progress and reporting to Project Managers and Discipline Heads.
• Providing engineering support, as well as other inter-disciplinary support should the requirement arise .(e.g. Inspection or Procurement technical support)
