Financial Reporting :
Supervising the daily reporting of consolidated revenue and bank balance to the management
Monitoring maintenance of books of accounts, ensuring adherence to accounting Standards and internal policies & procedures.
Ensuring the closure of books of accounts within the month end deadline.
Reviewing subsidiary monthly MIS’s and ensuring the proper accounting at each subsidiary entity level.
Managing the monthly consolidation of Group financial statements including disclosures as per IFRS.
Providing detailed financial analysis (ratio analysis, variance analysis, etc.) at monthly, quarterly and yearly.
Analyzing the variances between budgeted and actual results and reports to the management.
Involving the annual budgeting and forecasting process and set the budgets to meet short term, medium term and long term strategies of the Group.
Preparing various technical accounting papers in relation to IFRS i.e. Goodwill impairment, impact from new accounting standards issued but not yet effective and present to the management.
External & Internal Audits and reporting to Audit Committee.
Managing the statutory audits of the Group entities and liaising with various auditors, i.e. E & Y, PKF and N.R.Doshi etc.
External & Internal Audits and reporting :
Managing the internal audit function at the Group and setting up internal Controls and procedures. Moreover, coordinating with various external consultants. i.e. Grant Thornton, Protiviti, etc. in relation to the internal audits functions.
Implementing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) at Group level and acting as the Chief Risk Officer .
Attending to Audit Committee meetings and presenting on internal audit, external audits, Group financial reporting function, etc.
Banking :
Building and maintaining strong relationship with banks .
Coordinating with banks for credit facilities, corporate credit cards, etc.
Monitoring the compliance to the bank loan covenants at monthly basis.
Working Capital :
Supervising the weekly projected cash-flow preparation at Group level and reporting to the management .
Checking and Controlling of weekly Cash Flow at the Group and investing the excess funds
Reviewing the working capital cash flows at entity level to ensure optimum use of funds.

Duties - Accounts and Business Analysts
• Day to day financial operations with regard to financial Accounting include Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Accounts payable, Project Costing, Inventory, Cash Flow projections, Revenue Accounting, credit and corrections to contribute to overall financial and performance results.
• Preparing monthly detailed management reports (MIS), reconciliations, and schedule for all accounts and in-depth analysis of all GL accounts to ensure proper allocation of cost center for smooth conduct of periodic reviews and financial audit.
•Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis, monthly cost center report.
•Independently liaising with external auditors for preparation of audited financials.
•Preparation of annual corporate budgets, closely monitored budget Forecast vs. Actual variance reports for top management review.
• Handling role of Business analysts to take the lead role in:
Assisting with the business case, Planning and monitoring, Eliciting requirements.
Requirements organization, Translating and simplifying requirements.
Requirements management and communication, Requirements analysis.
Accounts and Finance
Organization Responsibilities: Manager - Accounts & Finance ( ERP - SAP Implementation)
Accounting of all foreign remittance, provisional entries, aging of Debtors and Creditors, etc.
Debtors Management, Aging of Debtors, Preparing receivable, MIS and analysis of all Ratios for Management.
Accounting of Sales, Receipts, Expenses, Provisional entries, Finalisation entries, Ledger Scrutiny etc.
Calculating all Statutory Liability like TDS, and Excise Duty, Service tax, Gvat and any Refunds.
Reporting MIS of all Statutory Compliances like Factory act, Companies act, Labor contract act, etc.
Budgeting of all Revenue and capital Exp. For the year.
Setting the control at all critical area of the function the organization.
Calculation of Fund requirement for the day to day running of the organization.
Finalization of Accounts with Auditors and their queries.

Delivering the project on-time and within budget.
Ensuring adherence to project scope.
Maintaining the project plan.
