Domain expertise covers the entire gamut of HR & OD activities, viz., Talent Acquisition, Talent Transformation, 360 Degree Feedback, Employee Satisfaction Surveys, Compensation Management, Performance Management, HR Policies, etc.
Independently serviced large clients in the management consulting division. Nature of assignments involved Recruitment & Selection of key personnel for client organisations, Manpower Planning, Productivity Studies, etc.
Overall regional responsibility for Personnel and Administration functions. Additionally, was also in-charge of commercial activities pertaining to Sales Administration.
