For the last nearly 20 years have been providing consulting services to large & medium sized Indian Corporates in the domain of HR & OD. Was empanelled with the Tata Group to assist Tata organisations further their Business Excellence Initiatives. Have also consulted to the Govt of Dubai.
Domain expertise covers the entire gamut of HR & OD activities, viz., Talent Acquisition, Talent Transformation, 360 Degree Feedback, Employee Satisfaction Surveys, Compensation Management, Performance Management, HR Policies, etc.
Independently serviced large clients in the management consulting division. Nature of assignments involved Recruitment & Selection of key personnel for client organisations, Manpower Planning, Productivity Studies, etc.
Overall regional responsibility for Personnel and Administration functions. Additionally, was also in-charge of commercial activities pertaining to Sales Administration.
