Working as a Supervisor cum Prosthetics & Orthotics Specialist.
Checking referrals from Aramco, Other Hospitals and in patients.
Conform to physicians/Ortho surgeons in order to formulate specifications and prescription for Orthotics and/ or Prosthetic devices.
Assessment, Prescribing Orthotics and Prosthetics Devices to the patients.
Assigning Jobs to other CPOs and giving technical assistance to technical staff.
Providing technical support, instruction and training to Bench worker and P&O Technician staff.
Evaluation of patients to determine their needs. Casting, Modification, Scan taking for CAD Insole, Fitting, Gait analysis checkout procedure and Clinical note keeping ensuring quality in service delivery.
Giving Instruction to Patients regarding use and care of Prosthetics and Orthotics devices.
Weekly checking store of P&O department and placing order to procure department for new updated tools and materials if need.
Coordinating with P&O Companies and other rehab centers for arranging presentation/ CME to improve our knowledge in a regular interval.
Planning, Implementing, organizing and developing programs, to strengthen institutional capacity of the rehabilitation sector.
Reporting to PMRD / Orthopedic dept. Director on a monthly basis on department progress matter.
Treating Persons with Disabilities, Assessing patients, Casting,
Modification, Fitting, Gait analysis checkout procedure and Clinical note keeping ensuring quality control in service delivery.
Working in a multi-disciplinary team setting, including planning organizing weekly Team Meetings to help coordinate the clinical activities at the rehabilitation centre.
Providing technical support, instruction and training to Bench worker and other technical staff.
Coordinating, Establishing and maintaining close links with all stakeholders of IRCS i.e CBR Agencies and other NGOs to provide Rehabilitation Camps in Rural Areas for developing of the PRP.
Store management- follow-up material along with store keeper, procurement materials and reporting to ICRC Delegates and centre manager for PRP.
Reporting to the Centre Manager matters relating to the rehabilitation centre’s activities and sending MDT & MSR (Monthly Statiscal Report) to ICRC New Delhi Regional Delegation.
Currently under the technical guidance of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), which is helping me for understanding of implementing, planning, organizing and developing programs, to strengthen institutional capacity of the rehabilitation sector in a humanitarian context.
Professional Clinical care for in-patient and out-patient services, including assessment, prescribing, casting, modification, Fitting, Gait analysis and discharging of patients.
Networking with stakeholders and disability organizations, developing the business through marketing.
Store management and purchasing materials for the Rehabilitation Centre. Managing and Mentoring Junior P&O graduates in Good Clinical Practice. Reporting to Endolite India Head Office and maintaining Patient Clinical Records

Having rotational duties in OPD, SCB medical College rehab center and Artificial Limb Manufacturer Corporation of India.
