• Responsible for Overall sales & operations of Consumer product division for UAE, Auto care division for UAE, Technical Parts Company’s for Qatar and Bhatia brothers and Partners Company for Oman.
• Conceptualization and execution of product sales and marketing strategies as needed; monitor and recommend actions for product profitability
• Working with the teams for ensuring optimal customer coverage all times
• Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating market trends and competitor activity to ensure marketing mix alignment and to identify new opportunities
• NPD/Business Development- Bringing new products/Brands to market by analyzing proposed product potential / ROI and executing internal approvals
• Facilitate inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels / order planning
• Input on strategic & tactical matters including budgeting and forecasting, cost cutting measures, hiring and performance reviews
• Preparing and providing analysis of all Sales and Inventory
• Providing insightful business analysis for management by preparing ad hoc special reports and presentations
• Organizing and offering sales & product trainings to various sales and support teams
Responsibilities:
• Handling sales of 14 brands, namely: Schwarzkopf Colour specialist, Schwarzkopf Men, Henkel Souplesse, Thicker fuller, Zero Frizz, Delia, Amazon, Globe Milk, Melky, Fan Juice, Selva, Farm Origin & Stella
• Designing and implementing strategic business plan to expand company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Ageing stock analysis and planning
• Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and sales/purchase forecasts to the management team
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives, Merchandisers and promoters
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team of 1 merchandising supervisor, 8 Sales executives, 12 Merchandisers, 30 Promoters, 4 admin assistants and 4 Cash Van executives
• Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Responsibilities:
• Handling sales of 18 brands, namely: Prestige, Lock & Lock, Pigeon, Zojirushi, Thermos, Bormioli Rocco, Crystal, Arzum Okka, 3M Car Care, 3M Command, Thomaston, Nolta, Igloo, Rhythm, Sola-Netherlands, Royal Blue (private label of AIMD), EDA-France, Parex-Turkey, Papilla, Hascevher and Pinnacle
