HVAC Design:
Designing & Planning of HVAC system which involves Cooling Load calculation.
Equipment selection: AHU, pump selection, piping design, pipe routing, duct design etc.
Planning and allocating the work to HVAC CAD operator.
Checking & ensuring the drawings prepared are per the project requirements & specifications.
Co-ordination of HVAC services with other building services
Review all MEP sub-contractors’ submittals, shop drawings and MAS and submit it to consultant and client and
obtain the approval from them ensuring the feedback fully transfer to the subcontractor
Preparation of Filed Change Documents and red mark-up drawing during various stages of projects and compiling
them to prepare final AS BUILT DRAWINGS
Construction:
Installation of Equipment’s -FCU, Fans, Chilled Water Pumps, PHE.
Installation of Ducting works & accessories.
Installation of Chilled water piping & accessories.
Installation of Customized / Displacement / normal Diffuser.

Verify proper sequence and completion of all HVAC activities to give clearance for False Ceiling and test
& commissioning.
Responsible for reconciliation of materials at various stages of project ensuring proper usage of materials at
projects.
Preparation, follow up & Approval of inspection Test Plan (ITPs) for construction activities, through
Investigation and preparation of non-conformance reports of installations.
Closure of various NCRs, site observations& snag list issued by the consultant with the help of root cause
analysis & risk assessment matrix
for cooling tower accessories in Plastic Injection Molding
division.
Preparation and maintain ISO documents.
