Administer the recruitment for Local & International, selection and onboarding process including visa application for new joiners.
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guidance.
To do QVC booking for new hires.
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).
Apply for the bank accounts for newly joined employees.
Enroll new employees for the Workmen compensation policy.
Co-ordinate with PRO for the five factory’s licenses, Staff’s villa agreement renewals & Land rent payment.
Up to date with the various laws and changing regulations.
Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related queries.
Liaise with external partners such as external auditors and the legal team.
Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances.
Ensure that the resignation process is completed smoothly.
Handling employees flight ticket & hotel bookings.
Completed procedures needed for the ISO Audit 9001:2015.
Ensure that all employees have departure interviews, either in person or online.
Carry out general administrative activities for the HR Department, such as sorting mail, answering phones, creating standard Human Resources papers and correspondence, and managing the HR inbox.
Ensure that electronic and paper-based personnel files are kept up to date and that filing/archiving is done on time.
Ensure Workstation Risk Assessments are conducted for all new starters/ when employee’s desk locations change and refer staff issues for Health and Safety risk assessments where appropriate.

Attending to employees’ grievances and complaints; provides guidance if necessary
Providing feedback to management
Organizing corporate events such as company’s dinner, corporate trip, family day
etc.
Reviews, updates and maintaining proper filing of insurance policy, HR handbook,
provide appraisal form and training schedules
Vehicle Maintenance
Assist PRO’s for on time renewal of RP and Istimara
Ticket booking for employees.
Receive Quotation for stationery and other office items.
Handling calls, emails and letters
Administrative Assistant:
Assist in Vendor payment (Cheque issuing and tracking the payment process).
Documenting the invoices against purchase order.
Process invoices for departmental stationery purchases.
Collecting monthly attendance report from all the outlets (18).
Update the master sheet for Vehicle maintenance (Istimara and Insurance)
Cash deposition to the group account on daily basis.
Ad-hoc request.
Induction for newly joined Associates
Preparing the monthly input to run the payroll
Maintaining, Handling & managing the salary process
Updating & monitoring the new hires of the month
Issuance of Offer Letters as well as ID Cards to the new joiners
Processing the PF Withdrawals Forms
Generating the ESI Temporary Cards for the new joiners
Preparing & submitting the Accident Report of the employee
Managing documentation of Associates
Prepare Wage register & Service records for all the stores
Issuance of pay slips
Store visit Conducting activities
Bank account updating for salary release
Conducting recruiting drives
Issuance of Relieving Letter & Experience Letter at the time of Exit formalities
