As a Site Engineer, responsible for the following activities in building and open area landscaping works.
Responsible for all the Engineering shop drawings preparation and coordination with consultant for review and approval of the same.
Overseeing all critical developments of the management schedules, including the design parameters, requirements, and compliance with the technical specifications.
Coordinate with consultant and subcontractor for submission & approval of all material submissions, method statement and also checking & coordinating all subcontractor shop drawings for consultant review & approval.
Responsible for periodical site inspection to check & ensure that works executed at site are complying with the shop drawings.
Checking and clarifying any design issues in the IFC drawings by raising RFI's/CVI's on time.
Responsible for coordination with infrastructure contractor/consultant for preparation of shop drawings, to finalize the sequence of work at site for smooth progress of the project etc.
Attending regular internal meetings, sub-contractor meetings, technical meetings & weekly
progress meetings with Consultant &Client and preparation of Minutes of Meetings (MOM).
Coordinating with the all supportive Engineers for smooth execution, time submission of
monthly running account bills to client and for sub-contractors
Timely reviewing of project B.O.Q. and contractual stipulations.
Coordination with the site team to make the Mock-up ready for activities as per the project
requirement, drawings and specification for final inspection & approval from consultant &
client.
Communicating complex technical issues and recommending solutions to consultant/client
as directed and as appropriate.
Coordination among the engineering teams and site construction team to ensure that the
construction requirements are conveyed to the site team on time.
Overall responsible for preparing, maintaining and distribution of all the documents.
Conducting timely work inspections and material inspections.

* In charge of site execution and sub-contractor billing works at site, in coordinate with
budgeting and track of project schedules.
* Responsible for effectively managing, supportive member and coordinating all site activities
and resources.
* Supportive for all site execution works, finalizing various sub-contractors to project, and
expedited the day to day progress of works to the project higher-ups.
* Designing and planning, schedule and monitoring adherence requirements to safety
standards and satisfactory work practices.
* Checking details of quality of daily material receipts and following up with the purchase
department to provide the construction materials as per standards.
* Calculating quantities of material as well as ensuring proper manpower deployment to
complete the project.
