SNK has a wholly owned operational plant with the name of Enkay Indo Nigerian industries ltd in Lagos, Nigeria (Enkay indo. is having 6 branched which is located at Kano, Shagamu, Ayangba, Ogbomosho, Gana, Benin), Its an leading agriculture produce supply chain specialist providing unique and customized solutions in the business by performing procurement, processing, and import &/or export of Agric commodities such as cashew, sesame, gum-arabic, sesame oil, hibiscus flower and many more. The Company Having its operation for more than 20 years and with having $ 25 million revenue in FY 2020. MIS Exposure:- a) Preparing of fund Planning, and tracking of funds. b) Maintaining GRN wise costing. c) Preparing of brief summary of sales, purchase, bank charges, customer aging. d) Preparing and analyzing location wise overheads. e) Preparing financial statements of group. f) Maintaining and reconciliations of Cash & Bank, NXP (Export Forms - Nigeria), M-Form (Import Form - Nigeria), USD Sales proceeds, CBN Bidding Status. Financial Exposure:- a) Deciding and approving the authorization limit of procurement teams. b) Controlling on cash utilization. c) Preparation of project reports for financing approval from bank. d) Preparation of MIS Reporting Format and Implemented group wise. e) Preparation of Management Reports and Projections. f) Handling Capex register via Booking and Amortize as per Accounting Principal. g) Responsible for all branch companies accounting and financial reports jointly with CFO. Accounting & Other related Exposure:- a) Internal Audit of all financial transactions b) Controlling Over AR/AP. c) Establish accounting and finance SOP, reporting formats/system at all places. a) Preparation & finalization of payroll of group. b) Coordination with operation team for smoothing business operation. c) Reconciliation of Bank A/c, Inter-company, AR / AP and many more. d) Guiding team to proper accounting and resolving the day-to-day issues.
