Spearheading service operations for 100+ customers across UAE, Oman, Bahrain.
Leading installation & commissioning of Automatic chemical dosing equipment’s for cooling tower, swimming pool, domestic water hot and cold boiler, chilled water close-loop etc.
Perform standardized water process control, monitoring, and compliance sampling and testing including COD, BOD, Total Suspended Solids, Total Phosphorus, Total Residual Chlorine, Temperature, and Total Dissolved Solids for CT/SP/CHW/HW/CW.
Ability to learn and work with complex field monitoring equipment including: flame-ionization detectors, photo-ionization detectors, explosive gas detectors, water level detectors PH/temperature/conductivity meters, and other typical environmental monitoring equipment
Ability to build and retain mutual relationships with clients.
Performing breakdowns and preventive maintenance activities
Preparing audit reports, and necessary documentation
Training onsite personnel regarding operations, calibration & chemical handling.
Spare parts cost control. Minimum breakdown, product quality maintains.
Manage a team, job distribution to the team members
Sending quotations to the client, generate the sales,
Provide remote support to overseas customers.
Works on EMEC/Seko/aqua/ prominent Dosing system.
Create the tank circulation (24/7) by using the pumps duty and standby with timer and control panel, plumbing works.

PLC Programming, Reconfiguration of Controller Hardware Language LD, FBD.
Maintenance of Electrical/Electronic Equipment
Maintenance of DB, Circuit
Troubleshooting PLC Panel, ID/DO, AI/AO
Maintenance of pneumatic system
Ensure Consistent Machine Efficiency
High & Low Voltage electrical subsystems
Drive the Maintenance and Overhauling of pipe cutters extruders conveyors spry tanks vacuum tanks DC motors VFD drives, RPM meter temp controllers half bridge drive etc.
Drive Maintenance of Graven Check Weight Machine
Maintaining 5S Standard in the workshop
PM and Corrective Maintenance of Process Equipment
Maintain critical spare parts inventories.
Record all data through work order breakdown, preventive maintenance shutdown timings.
Support production team & Lab team
Service all Lab machine & Equipment.
Prepare preventive maintenance schedule for all plant machine as per recommended by the manufacturer.
