Performance Management
• Implementation of PM process across Tanfeeth as per group guidelines
• Enhance awareness regarding PM process through eLearning module, PM Guide and other forums
Incentives Governance
• Ensure accuracy of performance data for incentivized employees
• Monitor incentive budget utilization and flag incentive budget deviations
• KPI review for incentivized staff
Rewards Partner
• Review and provide input in case of any salary deviation as per job band
• Review any job related allowances request
• Ensure job titles are as per guidelines
• Conduct various analysis from rewards perspective to enable informed decision by management
Resourcing Manager
o Manpower planning for Jumbo group and finalization of Manpower Budget for the year
o Manage hiring for critical and urgent Senior Management / Managerial positions across divisions
o Spearheading resourcing activity across the organization by regular process review
o Build a ready talent pipeline for critical positions in anticipation of possible attrition
o Create a system to capture and generate relevant Resourcing Dashboard
o Regularly evaluate alternative options for cost effective source of hiring and monitor ROI
o Employer branding on LinkedIn, Jumbo Career page to attract right talent
HR Business Partner
o Manage all resourcing requirements for the divisions supported
o Facilitate embedment of all HR processes in the division
o Address employee grievances or queries related to HR policy & processes
o Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and address engagement issues
Key Role & Responsibilities:
Role: Lead - Learning & Development, Campus Engagement, Performance Management and other Key HR initiatives
•Training Needs Assessment and create Annual Training Calendar and other Development initiatives
•Facilitate the annual Performance Management process
•Lead the campus engagement initiatives to build talent pipeline
•Facilitate Employee Engagement Action planning
•Manage employee communication through various media
•Streamline HR processes around Joining, On-boarding and Induction and Exit
•Report Key HR Metrics on a periodic basis
