I have worked in MERCER consulting company for 20 months as SR. ANALYST where in i was helping MERCER to generate revenue through accepting business from companies from all over the world by checking there ONE CODE in WebCAS tool which reveals their active projects, engagement and policies and if found any discrepancy there then the matter had to be escalated to our regional head office for resolution.
I had to detect the duplicity as well through BLOOMBERG which was the third party tool so with the name of any company if i were able to found more than one record except subsidiary or parent company then i had to mark it duplicate and ask our supporting team to remove the duplicity from BLOOMBERG. One company has to be authentic with their all active projects and accounts in order to initiate business with MERCER. I had to handle mail box there where sometimes we get a data for a large number of companies which had to be taken into consideration on priority. Quarterly i had to make goals for my growth there which included the trainings I wanted to undertake, the seminar for related work. I have received the rising star award in MERCER to help churn high volume accurately.
