Ensure that all incoming emails are replied to in a prompt fashion and with pertinent information.
Preparing Month end sales report and also presenting them.
Ensure availability and timely delivery of products and advise customers on status.
Coordinating with accounts for generating Invoice against each purchase order.
Prepare and proper filing of all document.s
