• Developing strong relationships with clients, Responsible to answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers
• Serve as the SPOC for all client account management matters
• Develop new business with existing clients and or identify areas of improvement
• Responsible to provide the recruiter with the Job description and the details required for successful hiring.
• Responsible to build long lasting client relationship.
• Responsible for the Full Life Cycle of Recruitment (screening resumes, interviewing, evaluating the interviewees, coordinating with client till the selection and closing of candidate).
• Efficient in Recruitment tools such as Naukri, Linkedin, and Social Media etc…
• Responsible to handle clients independently, implementing and assisting in the development of effective recruiting strategies in order to attract and screen high quality experienced candidates as per client request.
• Regular Interaction with Clients and Hiring Managers for Future Projection.
• Effectively manage, prioritize and close searches beside a timeline and have knowledge setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all hiring SLAs.
• Excellent at candidate research, candidate generation and know the value of providing remarkable applicant experience
• Experience building and applying a diversity of sourcing tactics and tools, with proactive phone and internet research
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and candidate- organization relationships
• Formulating the job descriptions on behalf of client when required.
