EMPLOYEE RELATED INTERACTIONS
•Touch Time: employee one to one meeting on their concerns and the observations, timely action taken on the concern with the management’s interference.
•Open house: A group discussion as per process wise.
•Skip Level: Discussion with employees and their LOB head.
•Fun session/Employee Engagement: stress buster activities with employees every Friday on the production floor and organized annual events like Utsav, Raazmataz, cooking club/masterchef, indoor games competition, 3V quiz, top talent felicitation, OD programs, IJP talk, daily positive thought mailers, quiz mailer on special days, celebrating all festivals/events like Halloween, thanks giving, women’s day, mother’s day etc in an innovative way.
•CSR activities: Visiting NGO, Govt schools, Joy of giving, computer literacy for kids and celebrating programs like children’s day with them, for employees organizing awareness programs with doctors, 1 to 1 help, stress & time management talks, counselling sessions and L&D trainings, tree plantation, blood donation camps etc. Also part of POSH team.

•Provide support to Compensation and benefit team by helping in report generation, Full & final Settlement of employees, Data Integrity and organized salary helpdesk

•Welcome talk for trainees and conducting HR induction through proper employee orientation PPT. Handled recruitment and on boarding for new joiners.



DISCIPLINARY ROLES
•To organize and help the Operations on employee Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
•Maintaining the Absconding employees list and close their formalities with a show cause and termination letters if there is no revert.
•Implement and execute Employee Retention, Exit Interviews, Employee Survey(E-sat), Analysis, and Employee Documentation by Retaining good talents; make retention proposal/plan by working closely with business departments.
•Intimating employees on their do’s and don’ts in the work premises.

MIS
•Track on Employee Confirmation and 90 days’ completion of employees in the company
•Warning based on the compliance, followed 3warning process
•Track on absconding employees and issue the disciplinary letters
•Track on employee attrition (Exit Analysis) and share with the HOD’s
•MOM’s on employee touch time and open house
•Issue resolution tracker
•Employee engagement calendar
•Handled payroll like updating new joiner’s data, employee incentives, exceptions, monthly attendance and payout.
•Calculation of PF, ESI, gratuity and F&F settlement
•Managed complete employee data using HR software like people soft & oracle fusion and taleo for talent acquisition
