• Managing end to end payroll of 1620 employees for 3 legal entities. Ensuring accuracy & maintaining SLAs.
• Adding new joiners in Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP, preparing EOS for leavers manually & coordinating the whole separation process.
• Maintain various payroll records & reports of variable payments & deductions.
• Responsible to track & manage general ledger entries of monthly provisions like EOSB, Air tickets, medical insurance & amortization.
• Complete all payroll & benefits accounting tasks & transactions required for financial month end closing.
