•Touch Time: employee one to one meeting on their concerns and the observations, timely action taken on the concern with the management’s interference.

•Fun session/Employee Engagement: stress buster activities with employees every Friday on the production floor and organized annual events like Utsav, Raazmataz, cooking club/masterchef, indoor games competition, 3V quiz, top talent felicitation, OD programs, IJP talk, daily positive thought mailers, quiz mailer on special days, celebrating all festivals/events like Halloween, thanks giving, women’s day, mother’s day etc in an innovative way.

•Intimating employees on their do’s and don’ts in the work premises.

•Track on Employee Confirmation and 90 days’ completion of employees in the company

•Track on absconding employees and issue the disciplinary letters
•Track on employee attrition (Exit Analysis) and share with the HOD’s

•Handled payroll like updating new joiner’s data, employee incentives, exceptions, monthly attendance and payout.
•Calculation of PF, ESI, gratuity and F&F settlement
