Lead an urban planner, an urban designer and a CAD executive to process data, generate
illustrations, and conduct analysis, and generate plans.
• Establish a methodology and set task schedules as per the project timeline.
• Conduct data collection, site visits, and prepare project reports as per the scope of work.
• Conduct socio-economic and process market analysis through secondary data study.
• Process the information provided by the market study consultant and establish the master plan
design brief.
• Maintain issue register and track the implementation of design measures as per the comments.
• Prepare distinctly different concept master plan alternatives along with the supporting
illustrations.
• Develop the chosen alternative to preliminary and detail master plan, technical drawings and
illustrations to communicate the design development.
• Generate development statistics summary.
• Develop design control regulations in full compliance with the client requirements and local
authority standards.
• Support the 3d visualizer in developing the photo-realistic renders.
• Engage in discussions with the client and the stakeholders such as government authorities,
expert sub-consultants and contractors.
• Prepare drawings and design brief to other relevant stakeholders such as ADCA (Abu Dhabi
Civil Defense Authority), ADEK (Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge) and Abu
Dhabi Police to facilitate master plan approval process.
• Chair the internal master plan workshops between different departments and quality checks.
• Support the project through the detailed infrastructure design development by conducting
necessary master plan modifications and preparing responses to the tender queries related to
the master plan.
• Voluntarily support the department to demonstrate Estidama and other sustainability
compliance studies for a master plan and building projects as per the targeted rating system.

master planning and building projects that targeted various rating systems such as LEED and
Estidama.
• Prepare Estidama credit documentation for the targeted credits independently.
• Guide the infrastructure and public realm design team to achieve targeted sustainable urban
planning design measures during the master plan development.
• Engage in workshops and meetings with the Estidama assessor to track the credit
documentation progress and compliance achievement confirmation.
• Chair workshops and conduct progress meetings with the team members to establish, review,
track, monitor and document achievement of goals and objectives.
• Prepare progress reports, presentations, document notes, compliance statements,
illustrations, graphs and drawings that reflect and translate sustainability goals to the relevant
parties;
• Conduct Estidama audits and report the audit to the Esitdama assessor.
• Conduct review on materials before procuring process to confirm the targeted credit
compliance.
