WICC is one of the oldest company having 74 years of tradition in dry nut and fruit business.
Key Responsibilities:
•Statutory and Management Reporting. Includes, preparation of MIS on a monthly basis to various stakeholders.
•Responsible to handle Internal, Statutory, Tax audit or other audits as per the regulatory requirement.
•Liaise with Auditors, Government Authorities, Banker, Advisory Firms etc.
•Consolidation of Subsidiaries in US, Singapore and Vietnam.
•Budget Preparation and Variance analysis
•Reviewing the internal control systems and Standardising the finance policies and procedures
•Working Capital Management and Treasury and Forex Management.

•Support the senior management in decision making
•Direct and Indirect Tax matters
•Investor Relations.
Major Achievements:
•Introduced Monthly Financial Closing with 4 months of joining in WICC.
•Working capital Enhancement. The limited existing has increased by 100% from Rs.50 Crore to Rs.105 Crore without any additional collateral securities and the finance cost has reduced by 10%. This includes 2 notch improvement in external credit rating (investment grade) and the rating has been done by 3 major players in the industry (ICRA, CRISL and Fitch)
•Successfully complete the requirement of Private Equity and able to release the second tranche of investment.
•Successfully implemented production ERP plan in two factories.
