Sales management in a distributor network. Managed a team of 24 salespersons in Macedonia, and 43 in Kosovo. Motivated the team throughout the year to achieve growth of 42% in the biscuit category, and keep chocolate on 94% vs YA, improving the in-store presence. Setting, negotiating and measuring KPI’s, and establishing a reporting system.
Management of an assigned channel, responsible for 41 salespeople who have achieved growth in the chocolate category from 33% to 39%. Executing the Golden store project and increasing visibility and availability in 4000 most important TT stores, gaining +24% volume in that activity. Such results were obtained by developing, motivating and supporting the sales team.
Achieved a growth of 15% during 2008-2009, both in volume and revenue. From September 2010, there was a market slowdown to 2%, but we kept gaining the market share. Channel managing through tailored activities focused on Distribution, Pricing, Shelving and Merchandising.
Improved revenue by 6.2% implementing various activities, developing positioning strategies, promo activities, trade marketing, and secondary placement. Cost estimate and return on investment in new projects were the secondary goal.
Building and leading the KA team. Improved the market share of the “AquaViva” brand from 14.3% to 21.2% in a 1 year period. Managing sales plans and merchandising activities, budgeting and preparation of sales strategies with senior management.
