Main activities and responsibilities
• To arrange efficient and prompt coordination
• Data entry of new jobs and billing for charges rendered
• Account portfolio to manage and expand
• Quotation and sales targets for potential moves
• Ensuring prompt response to e-mail enquiries / rate requests
• Ensuring that status updates are completed on computer system in timely
manner
• Ensure superior customer service levels
• Meet shipping and accounting deadlines
• Processing of invoices
Main activities and responsibilities
• Finding the locations through the materials tracking system and inputting the new
arrivals
• Issued materials and supplies, spare parts and equipment on first come first out
basis
• Periodically inspect and check the materials and supplies
• Preparation of material statistics and status report.
• Control and tracking of Overage, shortage and damage equipment
• Daily customer request processing, wholesale receipts and, in addition, making
biweekly customer reconciliation and giving status to various customers.
• Preparing military and internal reports on daily and monthly basis and
submitting them to military authorities.
