- Preparation Of Technical and Commercial Proposals
-Study the requirements of the request for proposals/ invitation to tender/ prequalification tenders/ expression of interest, related to consultancy services, and submit an executive summary to the management including scope of work, constrains, commercial/ legal risk factors, review points, etc. for their review and decision
-Prepare clarifications request to the client
-Prepare comprehensive RFPs form sub consultants in coordination with technical team
-Review sub consultants proposals and advise about their technical/ commercial suitability.
-Preparing technical and financial proposals, and making relevant coordination with all related disciplines, making all correspondences with clients and sub consultants to meet the proposals requirements and deadlines.
-Negotiating terms and conditions of offers with clients and sub consultants to achieve competitive position with minimum exposure risks.
-Ensuring accurate costing, contacting all departments involved and coordinating with them to reach cost estimates closer to actual costs
- Project management
Evaluate and interpret specific client requirements from project RFP, TOR and any relevant data received from client to identify issues that may influence the development of the project.
Collaborate with team members throughout the duration of the project to establish realistic and achievable project goals with accurate time schedules, realistic budgets, and specific deliverables.
Preparing, negotiating contracts with clients/subconsultants, Review Contract terms and conditions, payment schedules, identify scope of work and deliverables, Identify risks and recommend mitigation actions.
Controlling the execution of the terms and conditions of the contract.
identifying, documenting, and reviewing the Client requirements as defined in the contract using project management plan, then distribute to the concerned functions / disciplines.
Preparing the project quality plan (WBS, time schedule, budget distribution, resources assignments, and update as the design evolves).
Preparing, monitoring, and controlling the project budget/costing
Organizing, and controlling all design stages deliverables, monthly reporting, and correspondence with the Client & design team members during the design process.
Providing necessary coordination at the following levels:
Internal coordination ensuring the proper exchange of technical data among and across the relevant disciplines.
External coordination with the outside environment including Client, external parties, and specialists.
Assuring the conduct of final product validation prior to its release to the client to ensure that the final deliverables conform to the contract requirements.
Identifying, recording, and correctly communicating all amendments and/or changes of the product to the Client and affected relevant design functions.
Preparing periodic progress reporting to management related to project performance
Planning for risk management and address any relevant issues before they occur.
