Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervises all activities of the investigation team.
• Schedules and coordinates work assignments.
• Resolve problems and conflicts during the course of work.
• Prepares a variety of technical and non - technical reports.
• Provides general and technical training for investigators.
• Ensures compliance with operational policies and procedures.
• Makes recommendations for selection and disciplinary action.
• Evaluates the performance of investigators.
• Assists the Department Manager in the operation of the RTA - PTA Investigation Office.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Investigate complaints filed against taxi drivers via face-to-face or telephonic investigation.
• Able to supervise a team of investigators.
• To train and educate the taxi drivers about Roads and Transport Authority Rules and Regulations.
• Encourage the passengers to assert their rights against erring drivers.
• Impose fines on guilty drivers, send them for training, and take other. appropriate actions against them as per Roads and Transport Authority Rules
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Setup Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the office.
• Analyze the investigation results.
• Coordinating with taxi companies regarding some issues.
• Assist in improving customers' satisfaction.
• To support Roads and Transport Authority in development of performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible in receiving and checking materials.Duties to check the quantity and quality of items received as per order request.
• Arranging and coordinates the flow of materials, parts and assemblies between departments according to production and delivery schedule.
• Compile and maintain manual records.
• Weld metal parts, fill holes, clean or degrease parts. Inspect finish work. Chip or grind off excess weld, slag, or spatter using scraper, or power chipper, or grinder. Grinding specialist for metal parts of vessel.
• Inspect incoming new materials and conduct material evaluation to determine acceptability to purchase acceptance standard set by the company.
• Checking all the items based on the mechanical drawings using technical equipment and prepares daily inspection lists.
• Responsible for a final in-depth inspection before signing off and approving the products.
• Test samples to verify the products comply with the standards.
• Conduct investigations and prepare reports on production line failures.
• Monitor the quality of all finished products.
• Review Standard Operating Procedures.
• Conducts In-process audit (as per Work Instructions)
• Conducts follow up and effectiveness on Preventive Measures.
• Prepares Non-conformances weekly and Monthly report and Submit to QA Manager.
