Navarino Dunes, Costa Navarino is a resort managed by Starwood Hotels & Resorts. The resort is operating in two brands, A Luxury Collection & Westin. In this complex there 765 rooms and douse have 16 food & beverage outlets (8 thematic restaurants and 8 bars) plus 24hours room Service and Conference facilities for 1200 seats capacity. My responsibilities include outlets continuing operation, organizing staff schedule, staff training, organizing various events in outlets and conference halls, outlets cost and stock control, food & beverage budget and account of monthly results, integration of new products in food & beverage, implementing daily aims and objectives, reporting to Executive Assistant Manager i/c Food & Beverage.
