• Provided full range of office support services to the Center Coordinator, the office manager and resident advisors.
• Contributed to the operation of the office support work and related systems by taking responsibility for organizing and coordinating workflow.
• Performed a variety of document production and editing functions, including memoranda, correspondence, technical assistance reports, newsletters, annual report, and presentations.
• Liaised with the host country (Lebanon), government agencies, in particular on matters relating to diplomatic status, resident permits and visas.

• Supported the Center Coordinator in the organization of the annual Steering Committee meetings.
• Updated METAC's administrative policies and guidelines as needed under the supervision of the office manager.
• Researched information using the IMF's systems, databases, and internet.
• Maintained an effective network of contacts with member countries' government officials, donors, civil society, academia, business, media, headquarters and other country offices.
• Provided support with respect to the Center Coordinator’s contacts with member countries officials.
• Performed other duties as assigned by the Center Coordinator and office manager, and backed up the work of the other administrative assistant.
Taking part in the implementation of the “fall back plan” at the office of the General Manager.
Participated in developing the corporation’s communication plan. Worked on projects and methods of enhancing internal communication. Organized Office work and Special Events.
Bilingual Assistant (English and French) to three operations officers: Telecommunications Engineer, Economist, and Financial Analyst.
Handled office management and was responsible for Contacts’ Drafting with various officials of the U.S. State Department and Department of Defense.
Provided administrative and research assistance to the editing manager on special projects involving U.S. strategic weapons and mineral resources.
