• Creating the Baseline schedule for MEP projects.

• Assigning the Baseline schedule with cost and resources.

• Developing the Manpower Histogram/ Cost revenue etc.

• Preparing the monthly reports, bi-weekly schedule updates etc.

• Preparing the one month lookahead schedule.

• Progress and Cordination of Engineering works (Drawings/Materials)

• Alerting the project managers/site engineers about the day to day site works inorder to avoid the delay.

• Preparing the Extension of time/ Recovery schedules etc.

• Preparing Weekly Progress Report & Submit to Project Manager.

• To ensure that the works are carried out according to the Contract Specifications and the approved shop Drawings.

• To ensure that the progressing of works is carried out according to the planned program and as per the approved method Statement.

• To ensure that all the equipment and material required executing the work are available according to the planned construction Programmed.

• To provide all necessary information and distribute responsibilities to his construction team including Junior Engineer, Supervisor & Foreman.

• To monitor the progress of work in relation with the work program and to report to the Project Manager.

• Attend weekly Coordination and management meeting at Site.
