Maintain, repair, overhaul brake system.
Maintain and install lighting circuits and auxiliary actuating circuits.
Maintain, repair and tune up engine.
Troubleshoot equipment problems.
Replacing clutch disc and transmission.
Overhauling Engine.
Maintain, repair, bleeding brake system.
Maintain, repair, diagnose under chassis.
Maintain, repair, computer calibration for air suspension.

Troubleshoot, repair and replace Air condition system
Tune up engine and major service
Diagnose specialized vehicle troubles and apply needed repair and methods
Use PIWIS tester and other tools and equipment to give solutions to vehicle problems.
Review work orders and discuss work with workshop controller, foreman and or workshop manager
Fill out job cards, to include a written detailed description of all work carried out and test completed
Follow check list to ensure that all components are examined thoroughly before replacement or repair
Plan work procedure using technical manuals and experience
Test and adjust repaired system to meet manufacturer’s performance specification
Confer with foreman /workshop controller to obtain descriptions of vehicle issues, and to discuss the work to be performed when ask to do so
Perform routine and schedule maintenance as per the manufacturer’s schedule
Diagnose and replace when need alternators, starter motors, and all types of pump
Disassemble units and inspect parts for wear, using micrometers calipers, gauges and other test equipment
Repair and service air conditioning heating engine-cooling and electrical system
Diagnose fault with accessories such as radios, PCM’s cd changers telephone modules and associated ancillaries
Repair and rewire vehicle system where needed using wire harness
Repair coolant system leaks
Repair or replace manual and automatic transmissions
Diagnose, repair or replace final drive units and associated equipment
Repair and replace parts such as piston, rods, gears, valves and bearings.
Replace all kinds of vehicle fixtures and bulbs
Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned
