General Supervision Duties:
• Overall project management of the entire site supervision, contractual & technical with the assistance of Project Team.
• Monitors and implements the approved Schedule. Reviews the construction progress & performance. Recommends necessary action to prevent or eliminate delays.
• Implements the approved Project Quality Plan, Quality Control Procedures, ITPs, Method Statement and HSE Plan.
• Organizes Technical / Quality, Progress & HSE meetings to ensure effective communication between all disciplines.
• Responds to all contract correspondences.
• Assists in evaluating billings, variation orders, quotations, EOT claims, and Engineering submittals.
• Maintains records of project documents such as correspondences, submittals, test reports, inspection requests, non-conformance reports, planning files, including the approved plans by KAHRAMAA, Civil Defense Department and Municipality, Tender Documents, Approved for Construction and As-Built drawings, and all necessary documents for final handing-over of the project.
• Prepares reports for external, internal and management use.
Inspection & Quality Assurance Duties:
• Inspects and approves Structural, Civil and Architectural works as per approved shop drawings, method statement, ITPs and material specifications:
Excavation & compaction, piling, shoring system, retaining wall, waterproofing, backfilling, compaction, concrete, pre-cast concrete, post tension, structural steel, rebar installation, formworks, masonry, substation, façade works, landscaping, road pavement, non-building structures, interior fit-out & finishing works, etc.
• Ensures that all tests and inspections are performed, witnessed and documented in accordance with the approved procedures.
• Advices the designer on any significant variations encountered during construction.
• Inspects the principal survey points, temporary benchmark and setting out of works.
• Measures the accuracy of dimensions, line and grade of structural installations layout.
• Coordinates the MEP requirements with structural, civil and architectural works.
• Maintains records of RFI and supplement with photographs.
• Examines and approves materials delivery on site.
• Observes works in progress to ensure that procedures and materials conform to approved method statement and specifications.
• Witness geotechnical investigation and testing of piles.
• Witness the calibration of tools and equipment in the site.
• Witness testing of soil, compaction, concrete, aggregates, rebars, masonry, and all required testing of related construction materials.
• Prepares snag list of defects. Instructs re-execution of rejected work. Issues non-conformance reports (NCRs).

Governors’ Hills Subdivision - The project has an area of around 88 hectares to develop and construct high-ends and middle class type housing units with amenities such as school building, commercial buildings, clubhouse, swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts, substations, overhead water tanks, guardhouses, roads, bridge and landscaping.
Key Responsibilities:
• Performed site management, supervision, planning and control to accomplish the project on time, achieve work quality, and implements health & safety as per contract agreement.
• Established and developed Quality Management System in the site.
• Ensured that all tests and inspections are performed, witnessed and documented in accordance with the approved procedures.
• Performed inspection and approval of Structural, Civil, Architectural, Plumbing & Drainage quality of works.
• Produced informative control system in monitoring the construction progress and activities.
• Participated in project Quality, Progress and HSE meetings.
• Performed office engineering works and project documentation.
• Supported the Customer Care Department in assisting the owners, buyers and clients.
