1-Supervise a team of site inspectors to carry out all site inspection and inspect material delivery.
2-Supervise the work on site to ensure that contractor is implementing all required procedures to get the job done safely on time within budget and with approved quality.
3-Review the monthly payment submitted by main contractor.
4-Coordinate between client and main contractor in case if there is any change request.
5-Review all the materials required for civil and finishing work and approve it after ensuring that it
is matching project specification.
6-Maintaining all the record and information for documentation as per ISO standards.
7-Monitor the distribution and productivity of the manpower to insure that work is going according
to approved schedule.
8-Approve the subcontractors after checking their prequalification and ability to do the job as per
client requirements.
9-Review and approve shop drawing.
10-Review and approve all site format related to civil work such as checklists and inspection test
plans.
11-Review and approve method statements submitted by contractor.

1-Reviewing the quality plans as submitted by the contractors and
ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
2-Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the project manager.
3-Attend client quality management meetings.
4-Monitor all quality related activities on the project.
5-Searching for any unconformity activity and in case of any a proper corrective action is taken.
6-Conducting and/or participating in quality or technical compliance audits for contractors, sub contractors or vendors.
7-Registering, distributing and tracking resolution of non-conformance.
8-Ensuring that all deliverable checking and verification are comply with client requirement and project specification before being released to client/consultant.
9-Arrange testing of materials.
