• Managed construction of U.S. DoD facilities including squadron facilities, offices, warehouses, dormitories, and housing units, covering full civil, structural, architectural, façade, mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, electrical, communications, and fire protection systems.

Scope included:
o Structural & Architectural Works: RC and PEB structures, masonry, façade systems, claddings, wood-plastic composite elements, roofing and insulation, air barrier systems, expansion joint cover system, doors, glazing, metal louvers, ceilings, flooring, tiling, painting, and interior finishes.
o MEP & Systems Installation: Fire suppression, HVAC, plumbing, automation, electrical, and security systems.
o Site Development: Utilities, asphalt and concrete pavements, parking sun-shades, water storage tanks, and complete FF&E fit-out.
o Maintenance & Repair: Supervised airfield LED lighting and communication network systems to ensure continuous operation and compliance with military standards.

• Developed, implemented, and maintained the Project Quality Control Plan (QCP), ensuring compliance with UFC, UFGS, USACE/NAVFAC/MILCON/AF, ISO 9001, and local construction standards.
• Monitored construction activities, conducted three-phase control inspections (Preparatory, Initial, Follow-up), and verified materials and workmanship against approved specifications.

• Managed civil, structural, architectural and utility works for Lusail City (Package CP6c), including underground 66/11 KV substations, road network, storm drainage & advance management system, TSE & potable water system, waste water & sewerage network system, underground utilities, RC underground reservoirs, pumping stations, telecom, and ELV networks, district cooling network, smart city system, contributing to a world-class 35 km² city development.
• Managed civil, structural, architectural and utility works for Lusail City (Package CP8 A1/A2) including Infrastructure and landscaping across spine and villa roads on multiple Qetaifan Islands (QS1, QS2, QS3 Island), Tunnel works (e.g., two access tunnels to marina - CP8 A1) and retaining walls (~500 m length) for bridge approach structures, Utility works: manholes, foul and storm / potable water, TSE lines (CP8 A1 / A2, Roadworks: roads Q1, Q2, Q10, Q6 & D7 for CP8 A1 in QS-1, QS-2, QS-3 Island.
