• Reaching out to customers with faulty E1/SIPS/Internet and ascertaining or advising them how i will help in restoring service back
• Following up with Customer Network complaints on various regions, analyzing its network performances and where necessary recommending network optimization to fix the issue
• Maintenance of E1s by monitoring its status, Resetting and reconfiguring where need be & ensuring its uptime by escalating its complicated problems to 2nd and 3rd line support
• Provided ongoing maintenance of telecom BTS Sites support and enhancements in existing systems and platforms
• Resolving remotely BTS/BSC site failures such as; sectors, cells, Faulty RRUs which are out of service through resetting, unlocking or re-configuring
• Providing professional services in network monitoring at network operation center
• Collaborating cross-functionally with data scientists, business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions on the network
• Working alongside other engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistently applying best practices
