 Monitor QA/QC activities at site for all civil, structural, landscaping works, & architectural works, such as concrete pouring, waterproofing works, masonry works, & finishing works/Fit-out that includes (plastering, painting, cladding, ceiling installation and installation of floor & wall tiles and Others).
 Performs inspection and testing required such as FDT, concrete pouring, steel bar testing and other activities that require inspection and testing to ensure compliance as per project requirements.
 Performs material inspections for materials delivered at site for its compliance with project requirements and prepare Material Inspection Request for consultant’s approval.
 Competent in preparing and reviewing Method Statement, Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), and Material Submittals of Civil, Structural & Architectural works.
 Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people, and operatives.
 Maintains engineering documents/correspondence as required by the Project Quality Plan.
 Overseeing quality control, health, and safety matters on site.
 Progressively built and compile the project turnover packages throughout the construction.
 Compile the final project turnovers and submission to client approval.
