Report directly to Condition Monitoring Engineer. Assigned in LNG Process, Sulphur Recovery Unit, Upstream, Utility, Common Project, Refinery and Loading Berth Area whereas:
1. Responsible in maintaining safe operation, reliability and efficiency of all the equipment in covered area.
2. Directly involved in vibration data collection, analysis, diagnosis and recommend field corrective actions, such as balancing, alignment and replacement of machine parts.
3. Performing analysis and diagnosis using System1 plot such as Orbit, Spectrum, Shaft Centerline, Polar and Gap voltage.
4. Measure and perform diagnosis of singlel-channel frequency spectra, as well as time domains plot suach as waveforms and orbits, under steady and unsteady state operating conditions, with or without phase trigger.
5. Installing and configuring ADRE 408/208 when some machine has to validate some data.
6. Involved in establishing vibration monitoring programs, including determination of machines for periodic/continuous monitoring, frequency of testing and routes plans.
7. Manage and carry out of optimization, restoration and back up of SYSTEM 1 on line monitoring.
8. Carry out performance testing and commissioning checks of newly installed equipment.
9. Perform shop and site rotor balancing and boroscopic inspection.
10. Manage and carry out thermography and ultrasonic sound detector.
11. Carry out lube oil and wear debris analysis using particle counter.
12. Familiar in SAP, AMS suite and GE System 1.
Previously hired as Performance Assistant and after three (3) years promoted to Performace and Efficiency Engineer which reported directly to Condition and Performane Manager whereas:
1. Responsible in vibration diagnostic using bode, orbit timebase, polar, shaft centerline and spectrum analysis on Steam Turbine and Generator, Boiler Feed Pumps, FDF, IDF and PAF using System 1 on line monitoring and make necessary recommendations during abnormality.
2. Responsible in vibration analysis, diagnostics and recommendations using Portable Vibration Collector on all Rotating Equipment in BOP area, WTP, WWTP, RO Plant and Coal plant.
3. Responsible in installations, troubleshooting, repairs and maintenances of System 1 and Trendmaster Pro structures and components such as probes, proximitor, tims, etc.
4. Responsible in Monthly Billing Report for Plant Production.
5. Responsible in conducting Boiler and Generator efficiency testing.
6. Directly coordinating with Operations during the Heat rate testing.
7. Responsible in Boiler inspection, inspection of Coolers, inspection of Condenser during shutdown.
8. Responsible in installations, troubleshooting, repairs and maintenances of System 1 and Trendmaster Pro structures and components such as probes, proximitors, tims, etc.
9. Responsible in configuring and upgrading of System1 software.
10. Responsible in monitoring, documentations of Turbine Oil cleanliness using Particle Counter.
11. Responsible in making a study and proposal on the improvements of Condition Monitoring Area.
12. Knowlegeable in some efficiency testing such as Heat Rate, Combustion Testing, Coal Sampling, Mill Optimization, Gas tracer test and Air flow.
13. Familiar in using Thermal Imaging.
14. Familiar in using Helium leak detector and Ultrasonic leak detector.
