Installation and Optimization:
• Installed, optimized and configured new windows (windows 10, 8.1 and 7, Mac OS Mountain X 10.9.2, Yosemite) and application upgrades in existing company LAN environment as per requirements.
• Installed and configured wireless router, Cisco small business router (RV320) for the effective network optimization.
• Installation of application software like Adobe CS Suite, Autodesk, Adobe Professional etc. for the Creative department, Microsoft office application and other applications as required.
• Installation of anti-virus (McAfee, Microsoft essential, ESET Antivirus) and backup software (Acronics and Bvckup).
Technical Support and Administration:
