Coordination of Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) services in DTL2 MRT Tan Kah Kee station. Designs, review and coordinate E&M Services routings design for the development of CSD/SEM drawings & Architectural interfacing works. Coordinating with the architect, consultants and SWCs to resolve clashes with the CSD/SEM drawing. Conducts sitewalk inspection and site coordination with SWCs to resolve clashing issues on site. Attends coordination meetings with LTA and other SWCs’ interfacing works. Chairs and conduct SWC coordination meetings. Evaluates subcontractor’s tender proposals for awarding of subcontracts. Attends Coordination and construction meetings with LTA, consultants and SWCs. Site coordination of M&E installation works, resolving site problems and propose re-routing of SWC services to avoid clashes. Prepares free-hand sketches and proposals in resolving site issues.
Attends management meetings for discussion of on-going site activities and discussions in resolving relevant site issues. Performs such other duties as maybe assigned or required.

particularly at King Albert Part Station (CD- station). Review and coordination of E&M Services design drawings for the development of CSD/SEM drawings & Architectural interfacings. Coordinating with the architect and consultants to resolve clashes with the CSD/SEM drawings.
Assisted and contributed in the development of CSD/SEM drawings for SAV and TKK stations.
Prepares free-hand sketches and proposals in resolving site issues. Performs such other duties as maybe assigned or required.

Worked as a senior project coordinator on C856 - Pasir Panjang (PPJ) station for C832B from Jan 2010 to April 2010. Review and coordination of E&M Services design drawings for the development of CSD/SEM drawings & Architectural interfacings in all CCL3 stations. Coordinating E&M installation works on-site including resolving site clashes of services such as
routing of ducting, piping, cable trays and trunking. Coordinating with the Authority and A/E via RFIs (Request for Information) on E&M design issues. Coordinated closely with the Civil and Architectural sub-contractors on-site. Coordination, installation and T&C of the ECS & Electrical services packages. Coordinated the Mechanical-related works for CD-ORAT and CD-IST with LTA, CD Team, Civil Contractor’s & respective System Wide Contractors (SWCs). Actively involved in the completion, inspections, TFP & TOP of CCL3 stations. Produced the as-built services drawings which were updated in the as-built CSD/SEM drawings for all CCL3 stations.
