Responsible for controlling all the project related documents at the Nimr Phase III Water
Treatment Plant.
* Follow the instructions of the Project Manager and Construction Manager and
administratively & functionally reporting to them.
* Coordinating with the Procurement department in the preparation of Site Requisitions,
transmittal forms, letters, log sheets, material delivery reports, site transfer records etc.
* Receiving of Inspection Requests / RFIs from subcontractors, registering them and
sending for onward approval.
* Receiving materials for the site and handing over to the subcontractors.
* Copying, scanning and storing all project related documents and preparation of
summarized log sheet in MS Excel formats for future references.
* Distribution of project-related documents to internal teams and subcontractors.
* Filing documents in physical and digital records along with the backup storage.
* Retrieve files as requested by employees in the project.
* Coordination with HR department and preparing monthly activity reports for salary
payments for staff in the construction department.
* Manage the flow of documentation and take minutes during internal meetings and with
subcontractors.
* Post all documents on the company Share point for easy access by everyone.
* Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreements.
* Ensure assigned targets are achieved on time.
* Carrying out any other assignments by the Construction Manager.
