Project: BPTT CASSIA-C Jacket Leg /Piles/Bridge Landing Construction and Fabrication - 3600 T,
Position: HSE Lead/Medic (Onshore)
Duties and Responsibilities:
o Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
o Conduct detailed Incident Investigations and Root Cause Analysis
o Assist in the development and presentation of relevant HSE training.
o Write, implement, and manage HSE Programs, Policies, and project HSE Procedures.
o Manage and implement the project HSE strategy, HSE management plan, and management system for the project that aligns with the client's corporate HSSE expectations and performance requirements.
o Ability to work with employees and achieve a cultural change despite potential resistance.
o Maintain positive and proactive relations with managers and employees, as well as our customers and regulatory agencies.
o Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly HSE Meetings/and schedule training as needed.
o Manage Project HSE Reviews in line with the Project Delivery System
o Assist in emergency response and provide first aid treatment.
o Oversee Behavior Based/Observation Safety Programs.
o Develop Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) /Risk Assessment
o Manage and conduct emergency drills and exercise.
o Liaises between Clients on safety-related issues.
o Provides technical support to Senior Management on any safety-related subjects.
o Conduct field/site audits, inspections daily.
o Monitored, coordinated, and implemented OSHA programs.
o Coordinate HSE authority and responsibility to junior HSE and HSE Advisors.
o Review company HSE Manual, Policies, and Procedures to ensure compliance.
