As the Team Leader for Fiber Technicians, I was
responsible for overseeing daily operations of the
fiber installation and maintenance team. My role
involved coordinating the scheduling of technicians,
ensuring project deadlines were met, and
maintaining high-quality standards for all work
performed. I provided technical guidance and
training to team members, conducted safety
briefings, and ensured compliance with industry
regulations. Additionally, I acted as the primary point
of contact between management and field staff,
resolving any issues that arose and facilitating
effective communication. My leadership aimed to
