• Supervision Consultant Engineer Responsible for all Operation and Maintenance Operations Regarding to Facilities, Meteorological Systems and Environmental Systems of the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).
• Carry out inspection visits to all sites across the Kingdom according to the approved schedule of visits periodically and preparing the matching reports on the visit.
• Matching procedures for carrying out periodic and corrective maintenance and calibration work for all systems.
• Oversee the launch and closure of work orders as scheduled, according to the status of each system.
• Review of invoices prepared by contractors according to the work done.
• Preparing and reviewing future contracts documents for maintenance and operation, including specifications and bills of quantities.
• Preparing and writing official correspondences to government agencies and other departments regarding existing maintenance and operating contracts and responding to inquiries from these departments and other agencies according to the nature of the contract and in accordance with the governmental regulations and laws.
• Preparing the required periodic reports regarding the progress of maintenance and operation contracts and the status of each contract in both of technical and financial vision.

• Inventory of all materials and required quantities in accordance with the Shop drawings and specifications.
• Preparing purchase Orders for the required materials and receiving them on the site.
• Execution of all works in accordance with the Shop drawings and specifications
• Mechanical work included HVAC work (Package Units), Water Supply, Fire Fighting (Wet Networks, FM200), Drainage (Sanitary & Rain Water Drainage), site utilities (Water Tank, Holding tanks, City Water Supply & City Sewage Networks).
• Make the needed modifications and give the suitable technical solutions in site in case of need.
• Preparing invoices according to the approved activities.

Authorized as a senior supervision engineer and a Quality Specialist in the projects and initiatives of the General Authority of the Meteorology and the Environmental Protection (GAMEP) for more than (5) years excluding all kinds of projects and initiative including meteorology, environment, IT, O&M And Transformation program.
Breaking-down the contracts to clarify all the obligations which are listed on the contractor and on the owner.
Make the harmonic coordination between the contract parties.
Reviewing and studying the legality of the contract terms referring to the Saudi governing tendering and purchasing law.
Drafting the tender contract documents.
Establishing forms and instruction for executing the works referring to the quality standards.
Document and tabulate the in/out data relating to materials, drawings, works it's qualities and reliabilities.
Auditing Restoration work, formulating and tracking the implementation of corrective measures.
Establish effective communication to get ensuring the successful implementation of the Restoration`s work master quality management plan and Time schedules
Checking out the materials, consumables, shop drawings if matching the specs and give the needed approval.
Monitoring and control of excitation and implementations of the required activities and works as per standards and the terms and conditions.

Responsible for the mechanical works for all the projects of GAMEP along the kingdom.

Make the needed harmony and coordination between the contractor/consultant side and the GAMEP side in all GAMEP projects.
Make the needed modifications on the mechanical shop drawings in the case of need.
Maintain, monitor and ensure the highest quality in the work done.
