My role involves working directly with the Clients/Owners as part of a KEO appointed senior/executive level team that specialises in major construction project, program and portfolio delivery strategies, risk, and major program management.
The role demands a high level of technical, risk and emotional intelligence reporting and presenting at executive/board level on all consultant and contractor design and build packages. The role requires extensive team management and communication skills, technical/scope analysis, integrated with a high level of risk awareness/mitigation, commercial acumen, and project change/governance implementation strategies.
Responsible for developing, evaluating, and adapting project strategies and change management processes during the full life cycle of projects. Developing master programs, team resource planning and forecasting, KPI and budget-profit/loss accounting, RFP/tender technical and commercial preparation and evaluation.

A client facing role requiring significant stakeholder management, program and portfolio management of JLT’s multiple third-party developers, public sector utility providers and UAE Civil Defence. Infrastructure design team management requiring program management and sequencing with JLT’s multiple specialist consultants.
